Portion Guide
Working out the size of cake needed for an event or client can be confusing. There’s lots of pages on the internet with conflicting information and often, the portion calculation is based on old school, shorter cake tiers.

This guide is based on my own tier sizes which are made up of 4 layers of sponge and include both round and square tiers 4” - 12”.
