Chocolate Cake Recipe
This incredibly moist, chocolate sponge has been a staple of my baking repertoire for over 10 years. It is one of the first recipes I created as I wanted a stable cake sponge that worked perfectly in heavy stacked/layered cakes but also one which was extra chocolatey and moist.
This recipe requires x4 6inch tins, but can be scaled up or down for other cake tin sizes.
