All cakes can also be adapted to a much lighter, smoother Swiss Meringue buttercream and is our personal preference. However, in your consultation we will provide you with samples of both 

Fondant Cakes: 

All fondant cakes are covered in a thin layer of chocolate ganache (dark or white) which creates a base for smooth edges and sharp corners.
